Privacy & Data Handling

A plain-language explanation of how data is processed on adi-q.

adi-q is an automated system. It processes submitted material in order to produce modeled readings of how that material is likely to be interpreted under time pressure.

This page explains what data is processed, how it is used, how long it is retained, and what happens when you delete a submission.

What is processed

Depending on how you use the service, the system may process:

  • Resume files (PDF or DOCX)
  • Pitch deck files (PDF)
  • Plain-text job descriptions (optional context)
  • Email message bodies (attachments are ignored)
  • Minimal operational metadata required for delivery and processing (timestamps, delivery identifiers)

The system processes only what you submit.

Who processes the data

All reads are produced by AI-based models. There are no human reviewers reading or evaluating your submissions.

The system models how time-pressured, risk-aware readers tend to interpret what is observable on the page. It does not attempt to infer intent, motivation, effort, or potential.

How your data is used

Submitted material is used only to:

  • Generate the requested reading output
  • Deliver the result to you
  • Support limited operational debugging if processing fails

Submitted material is not used to train models. It is not sold, shared, or reused for unrelated purposes.

Infrastructure and third parties

adi-q runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. AI processing may involve third-party model providers as part of execution.

These providers receive only the data necessary to generate the requested output and are not permitted to use submitted material for training or secondary purposes.

Cloudflare does not use customer-submitted content to train AI models. Data processed through Cloudflare Workers AI is not retained for training or shared across customers.

Data retention

Submitted files and generated outputs are retained only as long as necessary to deliver results and allow user access.

You receive a private link that allows you to view or delete your submission and its associated output.

When you delete a submission, all associated data is permanently deleted. It is removed from active storage and is not recoverable.

Anonymization

You may anonymize documents before submission if you prefer. The system does not require names, company identifiers, or personal details to function.

What this service does not do

  • It does not provide advice, coaching, or optimization
  • It does not score, rank, or predict outcomes
  • It does not evaluate you as a person

It produces a modeled reading of what a document causes a reader to infer under time pressure.
